These are pretty heavy, but you can wear them both up and down, like shown in the pictures. They look cool but the little metal pieces don't hold them in your ear, I recommend using silicone endings. Also they are not completely against your head when you wear then upwards, so from the front it might look a little weird. Still cool product though.
